When you reach out, we'll ask about your project scope, timeline, and any regulatory requirements you're aware of. This helps us determine which services are most relevant and provide an accurate timeline and cost estimate.
Most inquiries lead to a brief phone or video call where we can discuss your needs in detail. If we're not the right fit for your project, we'll tell you honestly and suggest other consultants who might be better suited.
For complex projects, we often recommend a site visit before committing to a detailed scope. This ensures we understand local conditions and can provide realistic recommendations.
Our Brisbane office serves as the base for project coordination and report preparation. Field teams deploy from here to sites across eastern Australia.
We also maintain smaller field offices in Perth and Darwin to support projects in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Equipment storage and accommodation arrangements in regional areas allow us to respond quickly when time-sensitive surveys are needed.
While we welcome visitors to our Brisbane office, we recommend scheduling an appointment first. Our consultants spend significant time in the field, and drop-in visits may not find anyone available.

If your project has urgent deadlines, let us know upfront. We can sometimes accommodate rush requests by adjusting team schedules, though this may affect pricing.
Email us at [email protected] with a brief description of your project. Include your location, approximate timeline, and any specific environmental concerns you're aware of.
We'll respond with next steps and an indication of whether we can help.
